However, having spoken with Savali , I could tell instantly he knew his stuff. Savali showed great patience and professionalism , and listened to how we wanted things done , as we can be very pedantic with any work done on our house. He levelled the floors perfectly , with no significant damage to any structure. Tidied the site and ensured we were happy with the outcome. Pricing is extremely competitive. " Savali and the boys did an amazing job releveling our 1930s Bungalow house in January 2026. Right from the start, Savali made initial contact within hours after my inquiry and scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later. He arrived on time and did an immediate assessment of the work to be done, he explained in detail giving me two options to work with and offering two different very competitively priced and detailed quotes for the two options later the same day. Arriving on time or even early Savali and the boys went straight to work diligently jacking and replacing every pile, they also went above and beyond expectations fixing any issues as they arrose, keeping me well informed every step of the way and sticking to his initial quote with no extra charges. They also completed the job days ahead of schedule, leaving our property tidier than they arrived removing all previous debris from under the house and any mess they had made during the process. " Savali and his team is the best and the most honest levelling team ever! I started looking for house levelling traders a few months ago for my 100 years old character house. Several companies came and gave me quotes. Some suggested that I should not do it because the levelling could cause serious damage to the new renovation, especially the bathroom upstairs. Some quotes me the extremely high price. Savali came twice. He carefully checked the whole house and explained the detailed working plan. He eased my worries to promise they would do the job very slowly and try their best to reach the target level. I was at home when they were doing the job, and I saw them uplift my house millimeter by millimeter. My new bathroom didn't get any damage, just some small cracks on the wall. " I am very happy with the Levelling & Repiling work Savali & his Team have done. I was concerned I may not be able to get a Company to do the job properly as access was difficult & the Pile holes needed to be very deep to get through soft ground. On inspection Savali said they would have to dig the holes by hand. It was impressive how quickly, & accurate the 1.2 mtr deep holes were dug. I could tell then, Savali & the Boys were very competent & knew what they were doing. The Job was Levelled, Repiled, Concreted, & done to a very high Professional standard. The work site was cleaned up immaculately & the surrounding area was much tidier than before they started the job. . I would highly recommend Savali & his Team, for any Levelling & Repiling work. "
